The Monster Energy Tigé Tour Hits the Road04/11/2009

The 10th year of the tour will stop at 29 event days with over 300 wakeboarders riding in, behind, on and with the best wakeboarders and wakeboarding equipment on the planet.

Headed up by Team Tigé John Henson and Daniel Watkins and along with Scotty Broome and Brenton Priestley the tour is spreading the wakeboarding love to anyone and everyone in their tracks. In tow is a 2010 Tige RZ2, the flagship twenty two foot boat with a seating capacity of 15 people and a 1000 litre ballast system as standard, this wake churning beast is set to give all the wakeboarders a pro level experience. The RZ2 also has the revolutionary TigéTouch, a new feature in the 2010 boat which allow the driver to control all operations of the boat at the touch of a screen.

The ProWake Academy on the Gold Coast is on the road with the Monster Energy Tigé Tour and head coach John Henson will be on hand at every event to make sure that every rider is pushing their personal progression during every set. When asked to mention a highlight of the upcoming schedule he simply laughed and said "check out the boat to start with, it's the badest looking boat in Australia with the best engineering behind it. The backing of Monster Energy takes us on the best Tigé Tour to date, including Chad Reeds Monster Energy Super X Series where the boat will be on the in-field of the stadium at Sydney and Brisbane, we also get to support some really cool local events in Australia stopping in at YHK this weekend at Younghusband (SA), Doonstock at Bonnie Doon (Vic) and the Tigé Owners Reunion in Grafton (NSW)". About the experience the riders will have, he went on to say "on top of this we have heaps of giveaways for everyone along the way and the best companies in the industry flowing us gear for everyone to ride on, it's definitely going to be an experience of a lifetime".
